Every year as the ball drops, people around the country make New Year's resolutions. Join a gym. Spend more time with the kids. Clean out the garage. And then, life gets busy.

If you've ever made a New Year's resolution, you know how hard it is to keep one. But 2012 is going to be different.

Resolutions are easier with a little help.

This year, healthfinder.gov's new Facebook community is here to help, one step at a time. Each week, we'll give you a healthy challenge and offer practical tips and tools to help you meet the challenge. Together, we can make this a happy and healthy year.

See what it's all about.
