Some studies have shown that eating a healthy breakfast can help kids stay focused in the classroom. Help your kids get a strong start to the new school year! Begin the day with a healthy breakfast, like a bowl of cereal with low-fat milk and fruit.

Start the School Year Off Right

Here are some ways to get your kids ready for a healthy and successful school year.

Remember, you are a role model for your child. You can help your kids stay healthy; plan ways for the whole family to eat healthy meals and get active together.
