It's not always easy, but eating healthy can help us feel and look better. And if you are pregnant, you may find yourself thinking about healthy eating even more than usual. Pregnancy can be an exciting time filled with possibilities. Eating right is one of the best things you can do for your baby. Consider these tips: Eat foods with fiber, like beans and whole grains. Choose healthy snacks, like low-fat yogurt with fruit.
