NEW! myfamily App Available for Free Download

Introducing the winning app of the healthfinder.gov Mobile App Challenge…

The myfamily app helps families manage their health with prevention information personalized for each family member — all in one simple planning tool.

Use the app to:

  • Access customized prevention information from healthfinder.gov
  • Save relevant tips and tools for each member of the family
  • Create personal health alerts and reminders
  • Keep track of medical checkups and vaccinations

The HHS Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation as an advisor, challenged developers to codesign a mobile app with end users by obtaining feedback via a crowdsourcing platform.

myfamily was developed by a small, privately held company called Lyfechannel and designed with input from end users both online and in person. Use the app to improve and maintain your family’s health. And did we mention it’s free?!
